Hello! my name is STEPHANIE

"Designer by Choice, Engineer by Qualifications..."

In August 2016, I graduated from Nanyang Technology University (NTU) with Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science). My passion in human computer interaction drives me to take up freelance jobs that are related to it. To build up the basic knowledge, I started with taking online courses by Interaction Design Foundation.

During the past 3+ years of working in diverse industries including IT consultancy, healthcare, government organisations and non-profits, with environments ranging from tiny startups to large corporations and various platforms (such as web, mobile or enterprise system), I have exposed myself to various challenges involving user experience and visual design.

With both programming and design knowledge, I can help clients to assess the feasibility of a system design more objectively and develop proof-of-concept to test my design. I believe that IT and design knowledge should go hand-in-hand to produce products that are feasible and with awesome user experiences. It definitely helps to be a bit of hybrid...!!!
